We are looking for an Accounting Assistant/Representative Payee position for office located in Calmar, IA   

Minimum 2 years experience in related field.

In this position you will timely pay client bills, communicate with clients, service provider, Social Security, DHS and GNEIA staff in a professional manner. 

Answer phones, get mail, scan to other employees across the state, must be reliable and be able to work independently. 

Microsoft office including Excel and Google Suite, Quickbooks or other accounting software knowledge is essential. 

Travel to visit clients using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed) required.

This position requires a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and a criminal history check.
