Our Story
Founded in 2016 by Melanie Kleiner and Anna Stamat, GNEIA began with only fifteen protected persons served. Kleiner and Stamat knew there was a need for our services, and they were open to serving as many people as possible.

Their hard work and volunteer efforts helped GNEIA grow into what it is today. We now serve over 200 protected persons all over Iowa. We hope to continue Kleiner's and Stamat's legacy by serving Iowans in need for years to come.
